Tips and Tricks for Microsoft Office

Whether you are a novice Microsoft Office user or somewhat of an expert, you will be sure to find some tips and tricks that you didn't know about here:
Microsoft Office Support

Yep...it's the Microsoft Office website! I know it's an obvious place to look, but one that you may have forgotten about.

From the support page, find PowerPoint on the drop-down menu, and you can search for anything from basic tutorials to more advanced tips and tricks! I use PowerPoint for almost all of my Teachers Pay Teachers products, and I found so many ideas that were new to me!

For example, in this 2010 Tips and Tricks training course (Click here), I found out how to reuse a slide from a presentation that I have already created without having to open it, copy it, and paste it.  What a time saver that will be! I also discovered that I can insert a screen shot of anything else that I have opened up on my computer by simply clicking on "Insert", "Screenshot."  It has always been up there, but for some reason, I have always opened Snagit to do the same thing!

Once you have searched for something, there will be a list to the left of all of the programs.  Click on any of them, and find the version you have.  All of your tips are consolidated in one place!

So, whether you are using Microsoft Word to type a parent letter, Microsoft Excel for your grades, Microsoft PowerPoint for a staff presentation, or Microsoft Outlook for email, you will want to bookmark this site! Have fun creating and saving time!
